Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about ECPC membership, resources, and billing.
What is the Early Childhood Professionals Circle?
ECPC is a membership organization dedicated to supporting early childhood professionals including classroom teachers, family childcare providers, and center directors. We provide professional development, business resources, mentorship, and community support.
How do I choose the right membership tier?
Each tier is designed for a specific role: Tier 1 (Educator Circle) is for classroom teachers, Tier 2 (Provider Circle) is for family childcare providers who run their own programs, and Tier 3 (Leadership Circle) is for center directors and administrators. Our free Community Member tier is open to everyone.
Can I switch between membership tiers?
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time through your dashboard. If you need to downgrade, you can manage your subscription through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is CDA and TEACH support?
CDA (Child Development Associate) credential and TEACH (Teacher Education and Compensation Helps) scholarship support includes study guides, exam preparation resources, application assistance, and guidance through the credentialing process — all included in Tier 1 and above.
Are the resources downloadable?
Yes, members can download templates, guides, worksheets, and other resources based on their membership tier. Resources are available in PDF and other common formats.
How does billing work?
Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe, a secure payment processor. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
We offer a free Community Member tier that gives you access to our newsletter, blog, and community forum. This lets you experience the value of ECPC before upgrading to a paid tier.
Can my organization sign up multiple members?
Yes. ECPC offers group membership for child care organizations. Visit the Organizations page to explore team enrollment, or contact us for help choosing an option.
