Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
We want members to feel confident joining ECPC. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.
1. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel anytime, online, from Account → Billing.
• Monthly plans: you keep access until the end of the current paid month; you are not charged again.
• Annual plans: you keep access until the end of the current paid year; you are not charged again.
Cancelling is immediate and requires no phone call or email.
2. Membership Refunds — 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New paid members may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge by emailing [email protected]. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges. Renewal charges are non-refundable, but if you cancel within 5 days of an unexpected renewal we will, as a courtesy, review the request.
3. Individual Course & Seminar Purchases
One-time course and seminar purchases are refundable up to the day before the course or seminar begins. Once the course or seminar date arrives, no refund is available due to administrative expenses and the space reservation held for the participant. To request a pre-course refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the course/seminar name.
4. Organization Accounts
Refunds for organization/employer plans are handled per the Organization Account Terms; seat fees are generally non-refundable once the term begins.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] or [email protected] with your account email and reason. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. ECPC will always refund duplicate or erroneous charges and comply with applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension pending review.
