Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines how the ECPC Platform may and may not be used. It applies to all users and is part of the Terms of Service.
Permitted Use
Use the Platform for your own professional development and legitimate participation in the ECPC community, consistent with your membership tier.
Prohibited Use
1. Share or resell access. No sharing login credentials, no reselling or redistributing ECPC content.
2. Copy or scrape at scale. No bulk downloading, scraping, crawling, or using bots/automated tools.
3. Circumvent access controls. No bypassing paywalls, tier restrictions, or security measures.
4. Infringe IP. No uploading or posting content you do not have the right to share.
5. Disrupt or attack the Platform. No malware, denial-of-service, or interference with other users.
6. Misuse accounts. No impersonation, fake accounts, or unauthorized access.
7. Harvest data. No collecting other members' personal information.
8. Unlawful use. No use that violates any applicable law.
9. Commercial spam. No advertising or solicitation unless expressly permitted by ECPC.
Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination without refund. ECPC may report unlawful activity to authorities.
