Membership, Billing & Auto-Renewal Terms

These terms govern paid ECPC memberships and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Plans & Pricing
Paid memberships are offered on monthly and annual cycles at the prices shown at checkout (e.g., Professional Educator $19.99/month or $215.89/year). Applicable taxes may be added. The price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown clearly at the point of purchase before you pay. ECPC also offers a free Community Member tier that does not require a payment method.
2. Automatic Renewal — What You Are Agreeing To
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel. At checkout you must give express affirmative consent to this automatic renewal. We retain a record of your consent for at least three years.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime, online, without contacting us, from your Account → Billing page (which opens the self-service billing portal). Cancelling stops future renewals. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. Cancellation is at least as easy as signing up.
4. Renewal Reminders
• Annual plans: we send a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal, including price, renewal date, and how to cancel.
• Monthly plans: your receipt and account page reflect the recurring charge; you may cancel anytime before the next cycle.
5. Price Changes
If we change your subscription price, we will notify you between 7 and 30 days before the new price takes effect, and explain how to cancel if you do not wish to continue.
6. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, we may retry and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or downgrade your membership to the free tier.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method you authorize ECPC (via Stripe) to charge it for all fees due. ECPC does not store your full card details.
