Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. ECPC's Intellectual Property

All courses, videos, lesson-planner tools, written materials, graphics, logos, and the ECPC name are owned by Early Childhood Professionals Circle, LLC or its licensors. Members receive only the limited license described in the Terms of Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

2. Respecting Others' Copyrights

Members must only post content they own or have permission to share. Posting infringing material violates the Terms and may lead to account termination.

3. DMCA Notice-and-Takedown

ECPC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL) on the Platform.

4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal courts in the Middle District of Florida.

5. Repeat Infringers

ECPC will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
